Generally, the minimum tenancy period is one (1) year. However, we do consider short term tenancy on certain student accommodation on a case by case basis.
To book a room, you will need to pay one month rental as booking fee. Once confirmed, the one month rental booking fee will be treated as part of the rental deposit that is refundable when the tenancy expires.
We will collect 2 months rental deposit together with 0.5 months utility deposit and access card deposit. All the deposits are refundable upon checkout.
Rent can be paid via cash deposit or online transfer (IBG) to our bank account. Transfer receipt / deposit slip is to be sent to our administration office’s email as proof of payment. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Depending on the accommodations chosen, the utilities may be included in the rent up to a capped amount which varies for each student accommodation while some do not have this cap feature. Amounts exceeding the capped amount will be equally shared by all tenants in the accommodations.
It depends on the accommodation that you choose to stay. For certain selected accommodations, we allow parents to stay free of charge for up to seven (7) days in one (1) year. However, you will need to inform and book in-advance with your phone concierge beforehand and this is subject to availability.
Individual suites are only available for one person. We have twin sharing suites for up to three (3) people to share.
